Automor AI is a customer management and communications system for home services, real estate and other small businesses. By creating an account or using the service you agree to the terms below.
Automor AI manages contacts, jobs, appointments and conversations, and can send and receive text messages, handle calls, and draft or send replies using an AI assistant acting on a business's behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into Automor AI and for having the right to contact the people you add. You agree to message people lawfully, including under the TCPA and CTIA guidelines: contact people who reached out to you or have a business relationship with you, honor every opt-out, and never use Automor AI for spam, unsolicited bulk marketing, or unlawful content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Program. Automor AI texts people who asked us to contact them through the Book a Call form on getautomor.com and ticked the optional text message box, or who texted us first. Messages cover replies to your questions, call booking confirmations and reminders, and account notices for customers, such as setup steps, new lead alerts and payment alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@getautomor.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-outs are enforced automatically by the platform and cannot be overridden. How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup. Failed payments may lead to suspension after notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Your business data is yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and use it only to run the service for you. You can export it or close your account at any time.
We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, put message recipients at risk, or trigger carrier violations. Where practical, we will warn you first.
Automor AI is provided as is. We work to keep it fast, accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and AI generated replies can contain mistakes. The business remains responsible for its customer communications. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
